Dr. Gia "George" Bokuchava, Ph.D.

CTO of TULIP SYSTEMS, Inc. and HOMECOM COMMUNICATIONS, INC. since 1995 George has a Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics from the Georgian Technical University in Tbilisi Georgia.

A published author; George has been a Senior Researcher at the Center of Electronic Microscopy in Tbilisi, an Associate Professor at Xian University in China and a Consultant at Emory University.

George has been involved in the technical development of Internet Software and Delivery Systems since 1994 including the development of Software for Automated Hosting Systems, on line Banking and Insurance. George currently directs all technical operations for TULIP SYSTEMS and TULIX SYTEMS in Atlanta, GA.

Dr. Nino Doijashvili, Ph.D.

CEO of TULIP SYSTEMS, Inc. and Director of Technical Services for HOMECOM COMMUNICATION, INC. Nino has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Moscow University.

Nino has been Associate Professor and Vice Director of the Computer Learning Center at the Georgian Technical University, Tbilisi, and a Visiting Professor at Emory University.

Nino has been involved in Website development since 1995 including Personal Home Page Systems, E-Commerce, and Intelligent Software. Nino currently directs development operations for TULIP SYSTEMS and TULIX SYSTEMS in Atlanta, GA. and manages the company's subsidiary office in Tbilisi, GE. Nino was also instrumental in establishing the Internet Based Learning Center for the Country of Georgia.
